How many members is the family meal meant for?
Your hamper will include a light starter, 6 main dishes and a yummy dessert fresh
each day. All you need to do is heat them up in a microwave and then enjoy a warm,
filling meal for a family with two adults and one teenager or two adults and two
minors.
If we are family of two, will it waste?
Not really, all you need to do is saving one dish for lunch, or your starter and
dessert for snack. With these snacks, you won't be binge eating nor tempting
by chocolate and sweet.
If I am a bachelor/bachelorette, can I enjoy my meal whole day?
Yes, you can. And it's very easy to do. 6 dishes in each meal are packed separately,
these dishes are great to enjoy any time. Gourmet meal delivery is great for single
healthy dieter on the go; eat healthy while leading a busy life. And your lunch

Are my meal artificial colouring and preservatives free?
Definitely yes. Organic meat and fresh vegetables are combined with aromatic herbs
and spices create a delectable nature’s colourful feast. Importantly, for the health
conscious, all cuisine dishes are free from artificial colouring and preservatives.

Here is the list of common ingredients: dairy, eggs, fish/shellfish, soy, tree nuts
and peanuts, wheat and gluten in preparation of gourmet meal. This list does not
contain every hidden ingredient, but rather will help you identify specific food
allergy.
Is my meal MSG free?

Will my meal be extra hot?
We do serve hot dishes, but none is extra hot. A sprinkle of red chilli or mild
peri-peri only goes for a bit of kick. Taste the Difference mildly sourced!
Freshness and flavour guarantee
Your meals will stay tasty for the whole week - Saturday through Friday. Meals can
be frozen - Note: some sides won’t freeze friendly, is created to be consumed on
day one.

Where do I keep my meals?
By using fresh, local ingredients, we ensure that the meal delivered to you is not
only nutritionally sound, but delicious as well. Meals come delivered in coolers
with ice placed within to maintain freshness. A full week of meals is then shipped
directly to your home. Simply store your meals in the freezer until you are ready
to enjoy.
How do I defreeze my meals?
Every meal is prepared by our talented chefs and then flash frozen to preserve freshness.
Say goodbye to dull & dried meals at supermarket, have over 300 delicious gourmet
dishes converted by real food. The taste of gourmet meal is unparalleled. Simply
take your meal out freezer and leave it in fridge for defreeze for overnight, and
consume within 2 days without losing its taste & flavour.
How to warm my meal?
All you do is heat, eat and enjoy! After sitting overnight at fridge, from solid
frozen food to soft texture, now place it in the microwave for 3 minutes (max power)
and enjoy fresh-prepared gourmet dishes! Just a filling, satisfying meal with 6
aromatic gourmet dishes packed with lean proteins, smart calories and nutrient-rich
vegetables.
Meals are delivered weekly
Each weekend you will receive SMS / Email Notification that will let you know when
your meals are scheduled to arrive. Meals are shipped fresh in a thick recyclable
insulated cooler with lots of ice packs and have been tested to stay cold for 8
hours in room temperature. You will receive a new assortment of starters, dishes
and desserts. Enjoy the variety and exciting gourmet feast that comes with an ever-changing
meal.

Free delivery at weekend
Your six daily meals weekend delivery is free. Please allow 2 business days after
your order has been placed.
Out of town? Moving? Call us to arrange an alternate routine before the weekend
delivery!
You are responsible for checking your SMS/Email notification for the scheduled weekend
delivery time. Rescheduled delivery, redelivery at your request and delivery during
the week, R50 delivery will be at your own expense. Yoho assumes no liability for
incorrect information provided by the customer. Yoho will not be held responsible
for any negligence on acts of nature of customers. Delivery dates are subject to
change due to holidays.
Will my meals be delivered to my floor?
In most case, our derivers can only reach to security gate of the residential place
/ building or reception of the office park. If you are home, our drivers will help
bring your meals in and place them in your refrigerator. Otherwise without prior
notice, your meals will be sealed in a cooler left with security guard or receptionist.
Your meals will stay cold for 3 plus hours in room temperature.
Please bring the cooler with you next time when our drivers deliver a fresh bag
of food in exchange for the empty cooler.
If you need to change a scheduled delivery day, you must notify customer service
4 days prior to your delivery day.
Yoho will not be held responsible for any negligence on acts of nature of customers.
Yoho assumes no liability for loss of meals once they are delivered or for incorrect
information provided by customer.

by our sales representatives, remember to check your email for invoice and make

Simply deposit total amount at counter or pay by internet bank transfer once you
received the invoice. Our debit order facility is coming soon, and you are welcome
to switch to such payment option in future.
Order and payment deadline
All orders must be submitted by Wednesday at midnight for the following weekend
food delivery date.
For example if you want your meals to be delivered on Saturday 13th August, your
order or any modification need to be submitted and completed, including payment,
no later than Wednesday 10th of August at midnight.
Pause or simply stop
Going for holiday, pause your subscription for future delivery. Request has to be
submitted before Wednesday.
Stop your subscription. No Commitment. No string attached.
- For weekly meal subscription: During current week before Wednesday, you can cancel
next week meal’s delivery at any time.
- For monthly meal subscription: you will receive the monthly invoice on the 25th,
your stop request has to be submitted before invoicing date.

How can I redeem my gift certificate/coupon code?
You can simply input the code you have at Meal Order Page.
We will exam your coupon code and give you discount or free meal accordingly when
we issue you invoice.
How long will my gift certificates/coupon codes be valid?
Meal delivery gift certificates you bought or received from Yoho site will be valid
until you have your meals ordered. Yoho coupon codes you found elsewhere may be
designed for multiple usages (each time you place order), or expired already. From
where you found them, please read carefully the instructions next to the coupon
codes.
What if I am an existed customer, can I still access the gift certificates/coupon
codes?
Meal delivery gift certificates you bought or received from our site works for both
new and existed customers. Yoho coupon codes are usually generated for limited time
offers, in most cases they only apply for new customers. Please read the instructions
associated with the coupon codes.
I changed my mind, can I request refund for the gift certificates I just bought?
Yes, if meal delivery gift certificates are still valid. Refund should be requested
only by the purchaser, and will only be credited to purchaser’s account. Please
note 15% administration fee will be liable.
